3. Return Shipping

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent incorrectly.


5. Exchanges

  • If you prefer an exchange for the same product or a different item, we will process it after we receive the returned item.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.


6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival:

  • We may request photos or evidence of the damage to process your refund or replacement.

  • We will cover the return shipping costs in this case.
